Information we collect

Quote and contact forms may collect names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, project locations, schedules, budgets, service interests, and message content. Career forms may collect employment-related details and an optional résumé. Tech Network forms may collect business, service-area, qualification, insurance, and optional certificate-of-insurance information.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification, passwords, payment-card or banking data, medical information, classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled data, or sensitive network diagrams through this website.

Where submissions go

Form records are stored in LC Technology’s restricted Base44 application database. Résumés and certificates of insurance are uploaded to private Base44-managed file storage and are available only through short-lived links generated for authorized administrators. Public visitors cannot browse submission records.

LC Technology may use Google Workspace or other approved providers for business email, internal notifications, collaboration, and analytics. Connecting a Google domain or mailbox does not automatically copy website submissions into Google services. If operational notifications are enabled, they should contain only the minimum routing information needed to alert authorized staff and should not include sensitive file attachments.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare quotes, review employment applications, evaluate field-partner qualifications, communicate about potential opportunities, maintain security and audit records, and comply with legal obligations.

Technical and analytics data

The site may collect limited technical and event information such as page paths, button clicks, submission-success events, browser or device information, and diagnostic logs. LC Technology does not intentionally send form names, email addresses, résumé content, or other direct identifiers as analytics event properties.

Disclosure and service providers

We may disclose information to service providers that host, secure, support, or operate the website and business systems; to professional advisers; when required by law; or to protect rights, safety, and system integrity. LC Technology does not sell website submission information.

Retention and security

We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, operational follow-up, dispute prevention, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deletion from an active system may not immediately remove information from protected backups or platform recovery windows. We use access controls and private file handling, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Requests and contact

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask a privacy question, email greg@gregcwashington.com. LC Technology may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

Children and changes

This business website is not directed to children under 13. We may revise this notice as systems and practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
