These terms govern use of the LC Technology public website and its inquiry and application forms.

You may use this website for lawful business research, service inquiries, quote requests, employment applications, and field-partner applications. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, impersonate another person, scrape restricted areas, or provide information you lack authority to disclose.

Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not use public forms for Social Security numbers, credentials, payment or banking data, classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled data, or sensitive system diagrams. A submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, subcontractor, or customer relationship.

Quotes, opportunities, and project scope

Form submission does not guarantee a quote, project acceptance, employment, subcontractor approval, vendor onboarding, or future work. Services are subject to written scope, availability, due diligence, licensing and permit requirements, client access controls, pricing, and an executed agreement where applicable.

Website content and intellectual property

Website content is provided for general business information and may change. LC Technology names, logos, original text, graphics, and site design may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and external services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features. Links or integrations operated by third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, although we take reasonable steps to maintain and secure the site.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” for informational use, and LC Technology is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
